EVO: Evolution of a Woman Chapter 9: A Storm the Whole Time

This is a piece of my literary journey, in conjunction with 12 women who dared to share the fire we came through to evolve the coal of our souls into diamonds. The main author is Chimere Bacon-Destin, and co- authored by the Real Housewives of Houston…and that is where I come in.

This is the audiobook version of only Chapter 9. In print, it covers 8 pages of a 6 x 9 sized book. It is about 16 minutes of audio.

Chapter 9 is my space in this volume, titled " A Storm the Whole Time." It speaks of my evolution from the Christianic faith to Nature-based Spirituality. It speaks to my natural connection to the orisa Oya, and how the events of my live led to my overall destiny. It also includes an original poem, "Within," and ode to intense inner change. Enjoy!
